At Burgundy Sphere - Talent Solutions, we stand by the quality of every hire we help you make. If a candidate doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we offer a one-time replacement — fast and at no additional cost.

Your replacement guarantee applies if:
The candidate voluntarily resigns within the first 30 calendar days
The candidate fails to meet agreed-upon expectations after clear feedback
The candidate does not pass the onboarding or probation phase due to performance or attendance issues
💡 We aim to replace candidates within 5–7 business days, depending on role complexity and engagement model.
Your replacement guarantee does not apply if:
The scope, role, or work conditions change significantly after hire
The client fails to provide onboarding or role clarity
The departure is due to company closure, pause in operations, or budget constraints
The candidate is replaced due to internal preference rather than objective performance concerns
