Step-by-Step Guide:
Visit our Careers Page regularly to see the latest opportunities. We update openings frequently based on client needs.
Browse here: Open Roles
Once you find a role that fits your background and goals:
Click here to apply for a role: Remote Job Application Form
Answer the quick pre-screening form
📌 Tip: Be sure to highlight relevant skills and remote work readiness.
If your profile aligns with the role, one of our recruiters will reach out for a short 15–20 minute Zoom call to:
Confirm your availability and interest
Verify key experience and soft skills
Discuss salary expectations and timeline
You may be asked to complete:
A short behavioral or personality assessment
A 1-minute self-introduction video
A tech/home office readiness check
These steps help us (and the client) get a clear view of your fit for remote work and the role itself.
If you move forward, you'll be endorsed to the client and scheduled for a final interview directly with their team.
We’ll help you prepare, follow up after the session, and support you through the decision-making process.
Once selected, we’ll guide you through:
Offer letter & contract signing
Client onboarding process
Setting expectations for Day 1
We also check in at the 30- and 90-day mark to ensure everything’s going smoothly.
💡 Optional: BSTS Talent Readiness Program
Don’t have much experience yet? Don’t worry.
If you're applying as a remote recruiter, sourcer, or headhunter and have 0–6 months experience, you may be invited to join our free:
